A Retreat for Visionary Leaders

The Art of Self-Authorship:

Reconnecting with Your Essence

Mwasi Healing & Restoration Center

Marrakesh, Morocco

September 1 - 7, 2025

Join us for an extraordinary retreat in Morocco, where we’ll immerse ourselves in the transformative energy of Africa’s sacred elements—its soil, wind, sun, and water—nurturing our minds, bodies, and spirits. This journey isn’t about packing in activities; it’s an invitation to slow down, dream, and engage in profound self-care.

Guided by the Pause3™ Method, narrative practice, and the healing energy of the land, our time together will center on the power of simply being. This space will allow you to deepen your connection with yourself, the natural surroundings, and the community we create.

Slow Down to Transform

As we settle into the slower rhythm of the Moroccan landscape, we’ll explore the principles of Narrative Medicine—being seen, heard, and supported in your personal healing journey. You will have the space to be witnessed, understood, and held, which is a transformative element of this retreat.

Itinerary

  • Afternoon arrival, welcome ceremony, and time to settle in and explore the surroundings at your own pace. Group circle for introductions and intentions in the evening, using narrative medicine practice to deepen into our personal stories.

  • A morning of breathwork followed by a spacious afternoon with leisure time for the spa. The evening will complete with a shamanic journey to set the conditions to actualize your vision.

  • The day begins with journaling and a Pause3™ workshop on emotional release. From there, you’ll explore Morocco’s nature and embrace stillness. The day concludes with group storytelling circle under the stars.

  • You’ll awaken with a water-based ritual incorporating the Pause3™ cleansing method. In the afternoon, choose between a Hammam spa experience or relaxation by the pool followed by a group cultural dinner.

  • Begin the day with manifestation practices using breathwork and Pause3™ techniques. Then, we’ll visit a local Market to explore Moroccan abundance and culture. End the day with a manifestation circle under the night sky.

  • A morning of integration meditation and reflective journaling followed by an afternoon of free time for personal coaching or relaxation. The day concludes with a closing ceremony and celebration dinner.

As part of this transformative retreat in Morocco, we’ll embrace the truth that our business lives and spiritual selves are deeply interconnected, flowing from the same source of purpose and vision. Each participant will have a one-on-one session with Rasheed from ExtraHandsVA, adding his expertise as a productivity coach to guide you toward fulfilling your vision.

These sessions will complement the rich self-care tools we practice in our morning sessions, creating space to align your spiritual purpose with the intentional habits needed to manifest meaningful outcomes. Together, we’ll cultivate a framework that integrates personal growth and embracing the pause, where professional success and inner peace flow in harmony, empowering you to thrive well beyond the retreat.
