In 2013, I developed the Pause3™ method, a new integrative ethnology that addresses the narrative health of individuals from the inside out.
Grounded in the belief that we all have the power to heal ourselves and that healing is multidimensional, the Pause3 framework is the entryway to creating a potent healing baseline.
The method consists of three pillars which we call the GIF: Gratitude, Intention & Forgiveness.
Whether we work together using breathwork, intuitive body and bone healing or through the practitioner training program, you’ll find the roots of the Pause3 framework deeply integrated into our process. Layered on top are narrative medicine tools and indigineous healing modalities which I curate based on each person’s individual healing experience.
Through the Pause3 method, we’re able to slow down and let go enough to ignite the divine energy, learn how to access and clear our personal stories of pain and suffering and find meaning in the experiences that often escape description.
Guiding Principles
01.
Our stories are our medicine.
We all have stories that live in our bones, many of which cause physical discomfort and ailments, emotional suffering, spiritual numbness, burnout and more. With diligence and curiosity we have the ability to heal these stories, bringing us back to balance and wholeness.
02.
We are all self-healers.
We have everything we need inside of us. I am here to teach, to guide and to be a conduit, but the healing journey is deeply personal and your own. We work by this mantra: This is YOU. You are LOVE. You are SUPPORTED. You move with EASE.
03.
Healing is multi-dimensional.
As a society, we approach healing in silos. But Eastern philosophies and indigenous wisdom teachings understand true, embodied healing is integrative and requires the bridging of spirituality and health.
04.
We all have the potent ability—and responsibility—to extend our healing out.
Healing ourselves doesn’t just transform our own lives, it ripples out into our communities. This is what breaks generational trauma, heals relationships, transforms cultures and builds healthy, resilient organizations.
